  Come to think of it, this is the only place in Italy that I've been where I can customized my pizza!
  
  Typically, Italian pizzerias will have a long list of topping combinations but never a full a-la-carte ingredient list. Not Mani in Pasta! On your hand-tossed Neapolitan pizza crust, you can choose to add anything from meat to cheese to vegetarian, with almost all toppings for €1 each. Unless you had to get a mega-decked pizza, you can get a nice medium-sized pizza for less than €10 with toppings of your choice!
  
  Customization isn't the only thing that's great about Mani in Pasta. The ingredients are truly top-notch, and the pizza is made-to-order so you are certainly getting a top-quality, hot pizza that is completely tailored to your taste by you and still maintained the authenticity of the Italian cuisine that emphasizes the freshness of true ingredients.
  
  If you are keen about not going to a tourist trap, this is definitely the spot for you, because we were the only non-Italians in there and got some curious looks from the Italian crowd on why we were eating so far from the Duomo. Did I mention that local Italians love this place? What more evidence do you need to prove that this is good pizza!
